「The room was clean but the lack of air conditioning really let it down. Although we stayed in a particularly warm spell, I imagine that it would be pretty uncomfortable a lot of the time. It was difficult to sleep due to the heat. The staff were really friendly but not particularly efficient in the Sports Bar. Many people were queuing for quite some time to get a drink. 「We loved our mini-moon at The Spread Eagle. The staff were kind enough to upgrade our room, offer us some fizz on the house and gave us cutlery and plates so we could enjoy a bit more wedding cake. 「The room was very clean and comfortable. The laundry service was not okay. They washed a white T shirts with a pair of blue jeans and the t shirts came to have blue color. Breakfast was very tasty. It is recommended to go to the dining early so that you can have a plenty of time to enjoy their foods and service. 」

「チチェスターの中心部にあって、立地条件的に便利ですが、スタッフのサービスが悪いのには驚かされました。同じ部屋に2泊したのですが、部屋の天井の電灯が点かないので替えて欲しい、ヘアドライヤーが備え付けられていないので貸して欲しい、などの注文を朝出かける前にしたときには、「わかりました。」という返事でしたが、夕方に帰ったら「申し訳ございませんが、目下、天井の電球を切らしておりまして、まだ取り替えられておりません。明日には必ず取り替えます。」とのこと。それに、部屋に入ったら、ヘアドライヤーもなく、ベッドも整えられておらず、前日使用したコーヒーカップも洗浄されておらず、タオルもそのまま、インスタントコーヒーやティーバッグ、お菓子などの補充もされていませんでした。朝食だけは満足できました。」
