「The apartment was great -- incredible location a few minutes from the train station, nice and clean and full of light, with comfortable beds and a hot shower. 」

「We enjoyed our stay in Kingley, although felt that the property could do with some extra tlc, especially regarding carpets and window fittings. It would also have helped if there had been a sofa bed in the study, as we had two boys who did not wish to share a double bed and we had two girls in the twin bedded room.. A good size garden and patio, although lack of umbrellas meant that we needed to move the furniture around to avoid the (very hot) sun. Easy to access Chichester, the beach at...

「My bridesmaids and I stayed at Badgers Cottage on my wedding eve and they stayed on through the weekend. It was the perfect setting for getting ready on my wedding morning with lots of light and just a comfortable space. The outside area is gorgeous and the whole place is done to a very high standard. I only wish I'd had more time to relax and enjoy it!I did have a small booking issue going via VRBO with a discrepancy between what VRBO said I owed and the company said. VRBO sent me round in...

「Wonderful quiet location - perfect for a retreat and with plenty of space.」

「We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

「A deceptively large house which has been beautifully updated. The back dining/kitchen area is lovely. Cute courtyard garden. The car park space is very small and difficult to access. Very close to town centre which was great. Easy to walk into town. Would stay again.」

「Hervorragend, sehr sauber und alles vorhanden」

「A very very lovely property. Everything is top notch. The pool was warm, the garden is lovely. The beds are super comfy. The location for getting to the beach is brilliant. We all loved it and will return without a doubt.」

「Pros - great location, near pub and nice coffee shop. Short walk to beach. Cons - not very clean on arrival, mould problem in bathroom, strong damp smell throughout property. Had planned to cook but found mould growing on wooden spoons and cobwebs on the pans - so ate out instead! Having read through the comments in the visitor book we could see these issues had been raised several times, so it’s disappointing they haven’t been addressed. Would not stay again.」

「This is the second time we have stayed here as a base for attending the Festival of speed. The standard of accommodation is good, it is exceptionally well equipped and very clean. The stand out is the location next the quay and on a nature reserve. we love walking around the nature reserve and viewing the wild life from the balcony. The Festival is about a 35 minute drive and during the week we also visited Arundel Castle and the Isle of Wight. We will be coming back next year.」
