シャルルヴォワ郡 ホテル

「We were comfortable with the staff kindness.」

「You won't lack for anything. There plenty of chairs and rooms from which to choose for some private reading/reflection time. The front porch is very welcoming and delightful. The staff is kind and helpful.」

「Part of the town lost power, including the part the hotel was in. The staff was unhelpful and lacked communication over what was happening except one text that approximated number of hours there would be no power. So we sat in the dark. There was no offer of anything to try to make guests comfortable. No discount to the room. Nothing. Beyond the power outage, there is only a very small parking lot, around 20 spots total, 4 or 5 saved for electric cars. Nit enough parking so overflow has to park...

「Very friendly staff and clean very well organized.」

「Very cute, friendly staff, comfy beds, wish we could have stayed longer!」

「Expedia sent the wrong code for the door, but everything else went great.」

「とてもきれいなホテルでとてもリラックス出来ました。 近くにスーパーもあり、ペトスキーの街も近く、」

「Only inconvenience is the road in front of the hotel is a fast-moving highway with no pedestrian crossing toward the lake, which may not be the responsibiliy of the hotel. But still..」

「Host Terri was awesome and accommodations were very clean. Property is somewhat dated.」

「立地は最高でした。ただ施設は古い。」

「Loved the room esthetic! Clean grounds.」
