「The Quality Suites is a hell hole — literally and figuratively. In the room, the curtain was ripped off the rings and full of holes. The fiberglass tub was scratched up, and the closet shelf and hangers had been completely ripped from the wall. The stair railings had pealing paint and were filthy as were the floors. The elevators were worse. And the breakfast buffet had a pot of coffee smaller than mine at home for two floors full of guests. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE to stay if you are looking in...

「Great location in proximity to Smallwood park for fishing tournament. Have adjacent land with outlets for parking boat. Room was clean looks like recently updated remodeled. Parking was well lit. Rooms and property were quiet. The only problem was windows have not been cleaned from outside and were extremely dirty. Great place for tournament fisherman to stay. There is gas station with 24hr grill down street as well as seafood place across the street. LaPlata was closest big town about 15...

「Great stay. The hosts were very communicative and answered all questions. Everything was nicer in person and smelled really good. I have no complaints and would stay again」

「Very cute..but very tiny and super dated. Duplex. Not entire house to self. ..through a door is other people....noise Porch, yard firepit and views great! Steps to house steep. No handrails. Careful. No access to beach....all grown up grass weeds trees.. No deck/dock as described on property.pic is next door... Very disappointed. Water pressure in sink very very low. No kitchen. Didnt state it did. But just beware . The views. Quit was nice. But thats bout it . .」

「The house was spotless, boasting a fantastic location with gorgeous water views and a peaceful, away-from-it-all vibe. Unfortunately, communication was an issue; it was difficult to reach the host for check-in instructions. Providing these details proactively before arrival would greatly improve the guest experience」

「We had an excellent stay! Everything was great from beginning to end. The place was very clean, well organized, and fully stocked with all the supplies we needed. Communication with the host was excellent very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend this property to others. Thank you for such a wonderful experience」

「Perfect place. Just what i was looking. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay close to the MIR track for any event」

「Excellent place for a family or group of fishermen visiting Smallwood State Park. This property has multiple beds for groups. This property has parking for Bass Boats to remain hooked up. This property is 5 minutes from the boat ramp. Would definitely stay there again!」

「Charity is a gem. She is an expert communicator. Always fast. Always thorough. Our multi-generational family enjoyed this property a lot. The pool was the highlight and was used everyday! All day!! We were delighted to find the home stocked with a tea and coffee station. We made great use of that. The kitchen was well stocked. Probably could have used a large frying pan or griddle to make large breakfast for everyone. We made due. Each bedroom had fun decor and great linens. The showers were...
