「There needs to be an employee at the breakfast area during the breakfast period」

「Every thing we’re nice and clean」

「子供二人を含めて５人の予約をしていたつもりでしたが、ダブルベットが２つだけで、ソファがなく簡易ベットもなかった。狭いのがちょっと気になった。子供は床に寝ていた。ちなみに昨年泊まった近くのホテルの方が広くて朝食も美味しかった。」

「Did not like paying for daily parking or $50/night incidental fee.」

「Maintenance has fallen drasticaly since last there a few years ago. Saw 2 rooms because 1st room the AC quit. Both rooms had many chips, closet rod/shelving loose at one end, heavily worn furniture. But it was clean. Will not stay there again. Many pot holes in path to hotel.」

「The property was clean and modern with free coffee/tea/hot cocoa 24hrs. The front desk staff were polite and lovely. The room was spacious and clean with essentials and extras. Bed was so comfy! The breakfast was the a wonderful surprise; amazing quality and variety of food, clean, fresh & delicious.」

「House was very nice to stay at and the host was very accommodating towards my family. Distance to our kids location was an issue, but that was due to the vrbo website not the host. 」

「 Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. 」

「We stayed for seven days. It was uncomfortable to only have two forks two spoons. We had to wash every time we ate. It felt like the space had been sitting a while. There were lots of spiderwebs. The fans had a coat of dust on them. That was sickening. This is my first negative review ever! I appreciated the beautiful Patuxent river and the quick response and communication with the owner. We feel like we just didn’t get the most bang for our buck. It was a splurge for us in an expensive room and...
