「Room was nice. It's not the Taj Mahal, but it was good for what it was. We'd stay there again.」

「Great cozy stay and very friendly staff!」

「This hotel was super close to the state fair. Although there were a few minor things with the room (pillows could be fluffier, b/r door warped, one drawer didn’t close) everything was super clean, staff were nice and breakfast was good. We had a laugh with the train that goes by (a long one at 10:30 pm/short one at 1:15 am) reminding us of the movie “My cousin Vinny”. But it wasn’t enough to bother us.」

「The front was friendly and very helpful for my request. 」

「Staff was very friendly. Room was clean.」

「Loved the size of room, appliances in good order. Liked the full size shampoo, body wash. Conditioner hand soap mounted on walls. ELEVATOR BROJEN DOWN was a huge issue for me cartilying everything up and down 2 stair flights. Upon first look room appeared crisp and clean but carpets need cleaned badly. 「I don't like the fact that the hotel promised free wifi and free breakfast before i booked then change what was promised」

「Main issue was the lobby music stayed on all night. Until 11 it was loud enough that every word could be heard in the room. After 11 pm the staff turned it down but you could still hear the songs all night.」

「The customer service we received was outstanding. We had issues with the room and had to change rooms. The property and building is under renovation. The building exterior is newly painted. The rooms have their challenges but the floor and toilets were new and clean. Lots of bumps and bruises from it's previous life. It's cheap enough for a quick stop overnight. It was clean and bedding was acceptable. Cable tv, simple coffee pot, a few towels and no tissues. The staff could not due enough to...
