「The ME property is well-kept, clean and very easy to maneuver. The room was much better than most and the staff were all polite and very helpful. The only negative about our stay here is the food at the buffet is average while the food at the specialty restaurants was good, but not outstanding. Overall, a very good resort which I recommend.」

「We loved our stay at The Palms! Everything was perfect from day 1, the rooms were spotless and the staff was so attentive. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants on site are great. I would definitely come back and book again! My only suggestion would be that the beach attendants be a bit more proactive. In the 5 days we were there, they never set up our beach chairs/opened umbrellas. Not a big deal for us but it was something we noticed.
