"The staff and the room were wonderful."

"We enjoyed our visit. The staff and beach access was excellent. We are looking forward to our next visit."

"Villa Herencia is a local traditional hotel with cute clean rooms, equipped with AC. It’s located in the centre of Old San Juan and all the shops/restaurants/coffees and the nightlife are nearby. The staff is really kind and helpful. The only problem is the parking. If you have your own car you are obligated to park it in Cathedral’s parking lot which costs 27$ a day."

"What was unique about the property was it was a very old building but beautifully updated. The staff was nice and very friendly. It was in a good location for walking around in the colonial district. Would I stay here again yes I would."

"I absolutely LOVED this place. A hidden gem 💎"

"It was cute and convenient, and I would stay here again but more food options should be added to the daily menu but there are always other great options close by"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel will definitely be back"

"Good hotel."

"I loved majority of the staff they were so sweet and helpful with a great spirit"

"Beautiful rooms , great staff. The property could use some TLC but other than that I would return again."
