「The room and hallways/landing were outdated, dirty and in desperate need of renovation. Mattress was poor - worthy of a skip. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Supposedly this was a DELUXE double!!! If it wasn’t for the fact we were due at a party in Dorking that evening and didn’t arrive to the hotel until 6.30pm, we would have insisted on either another room or ideally our money back and moved to another hotel.」

「Nice looking hotel, good reception staff. Room was a bit tired and a few hairs on the quilt. But overall fine」

「Staff very helpful and nice relaxed atmosphere. Prices are OK although I thought the deserts were overpriced. Quick check in and out. No fridge in the room」

「Warm welcome, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well prepared and excellent choice of hot and cold food and drinks.」

「The rooms were lovely and clean and well presented. The breakfast room was light and airy and food was lovely. The grounds were well kept. A picturesque setting. The only downside was the bar was not manned and you had to wait for reception staff to call upon someone to come and serve you. The staff were all polite, helpful and friendly.」

「Beautiful and great hotel.」

「It was a good buffet breakfast」

「いつも利用しているお気に入りのホテルです。 今回、シャワーのお湯が熱くならず、残念でした。 ただし、翌朝には改善されていました。」

「The White Horse Inn is exactly what we were looking. We stayed in the larger "fancy" room and it was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The bar in the inn was as it looked in the pictures - cozy and quaint. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was excellent.」
