「Staff did a great job with cleaning our room. You MUST notify them when you want it to be cleaned. We booked a big room and had to downgrade to a smaller one because of construction that starts very early. I was expecting some money back or incentives due to the downgrade. But nothing. Any issues you have, and I mean as soon as it happens. Notify them. We had an issue with our golf cart the 1st day and I mentioned it. My boyfriend and hotel manager said everything was okay.
