「Such an incredible place. Rooms are roomy and beautifully put together. There are two separate resort areas, where the one we stayed in was more charming and had better views. It is located closer to the restaurant than the other resort area. Wooden boardwalks connect the rooms with beautiful jungle and river views. Restaurant food is delicious, not a huge menu, but some great local Belizean options.
Would recommend staying here if you are exploring the area, caves and Mayan ruins are an easy...

「I stayed in a King Deluxe room at thought it was great value. The staff were all excellent, the hotel restaurant was great and the pool was large. Plus, the location was ideal (close enough to walk to the market / downtown but removed enough to be quiet) and there's a large grocery store directly across the street if you want snacks / sunscreen etc.
I would certainly stay at Midas Belize again.」

「I was a solo traveler and the staff took good care of me. They helped me arrange rides, and with whats app (I'm new to it). I liked the resort options although I didn't use them (2 beautiful pools, gift shop, etc). I did many things offsite but the location was ideal for me. Nice views, pretty foliage around the property...My room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I love the area and the people were so nice that I met. The staff here made me feel welcome I would definately stay here again.」

「Calico Jack's in a hidden gem in Belize! You really feel like you are in the jungle on their lush grounds. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they clearly care about their guests. We loved the activities they offer, such as the zip lining only a 10 min walk from our room.
Be sure to stay for breakfast and order the Stuffed Fry Jacks, they were the best we had in Belize!
