「Al parecer este hotel se mantiene abierto en invierno para alojar a una docena de trabajadores de empresas extranjeras con sede en Bilbao. Mi consejo es que no admitan resrvas si no pueden dar el servicio que requiere un hotel de 4 estrellas, como por ejemplo la calefacción en plena navidad ( mi habitacion estaba a 17 grados a las 11 de la noche cuando volví de pasar la tarde en Bilbao).Produce impresion ver al recepcionista con chaqueta y bufanda, pero es imprescindible llevarlo incluso en...

「Clean and efficient. Location is 15 mins to Guggenheim, 10 mins to old town centre. Not quite in the centre of things, but still quite walkable. For the price paid it was excellent. 」

They were also very helpful in recommending pintxos places and showing me where to find a laundromat nearby, which I really appreciated.
