"The location is good and walkable to the old town and Guggenheim. Our room was in the -1 level. The room was a good size, but the floor was very dirty with sticky spots. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The view out of the room was horrible; the basement of a courtyard with thousands of cigarette butts. We kept the curtain closed the whole time. "

"Definitely not a 5 star hotel! We booked it because it’s a 5* that allows dogs. When we arrived, there was no bell person. They only had one person doing the door and they were busy with a large tour bus. When we mentioned it to the two men at the front desk, Guilherme and David, it was brushed off with an arrogance that upset my husband. He asked they tell a manager that a hotel that size should have two door people for a 5 star hotel.
