"Everything about the new Bilbao hotel is 5 star
I would stay no where else From arrival to departure I recommend it to anyone travelling. The staff are friendly and efficient making the check in and out as easy as possible for tired guests The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean and at a comfortable temperature.
Breakfast is reasonably priced and served for people from4-45am - 10am.
There is another hotel nearby but I would never stay anywhere else. "

"I really needed a rest day on my Camino de Santiago, and the hotel was simple and perfect. Rooms are clean, oldies but goodies. At the bar-reception, Thiago was very nice and helpful.
The hotel is a good, safe option, if you are not looking for luxuries but convenience. It's centrally located, blocks away from all the historic places, and close to all dining and bars in town."

Shopping, restaurants, bars with Pintxos are everywhere. The room was very clean, bathroom large with a great shower. There was a refrigerator, and we loved the kettle, a wonderful convenience!
