「Great stay as always. Nice pool and bar, great fire pits and ability to meet others vacationing as well. The only disappointing thing was the restaurant was not open for food; only drinks. (If you advertise a restaurant, there should be one.) Went to the Italian restaurant next door and had a very nice and reasonable meal. Also Skipper Chowder House was AMAZING, long wait, worth it!」

「Stayed with family during the weekend. Great location, clean room and nice pool. I just wish that someone told us about the dehumidifier in the rooms. It was very humid the first night and could’ve used it. Otherwise Cape Sands Inn is a great motel without the bells & whistle at a great affordable price!」

「Great place and cheap price compared to the other Hotels around the area. It kind gave me like older building vibe but it was in downtown. I stayed for 1 night with my partner we had no issues, the room was clean and the jacuzzi was working which workout great.」

「Housekeeping was excellent. The ice machine was broken but the had a cooler of ice that you could use instead. It’s a somewhat secluded location so it’s not noisy. They have a private beach and provide beach chairs. Walkable to several restaurants and a short drive to Harwich Port. The rooms are well kept and very updated. It had a full kitchen with whatever cooking equipment you needed and several containers to store food that we prepared.」

「This property was AMAZING!! From the view, to the staff, to even the great little blue truck selling coffee and ice cream was great. The room even had a record player with cool vinyls ready to play like Beach Boy’s Pet Sounds and Bob Marley’s greatest hits. How cool! 「The location couldn't have been more convenient. I was looking for a hotel that was in the center of everything on Main Street, as well as a short walk to Hyannis Harbor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was pristine. The bathroom was a bit small, but worked. The water pressure was strong, which was appreciated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. 」
