「It does have fun vibe but the in my opinion the resort is geared to families with children. This is a large property with spread out accommodations with no elevators. Additionally the pool is tucked in between buildings and somewhat difficult to find. Food at the restaurant was just OK.」

「Check in took 45 minutes; they blamed Expedia and charged me more for the realigning balance than what my receipt said. The Club House is nice and modern. You can tell the campers are beaten up: doors do not close, chipped wood on doors and cabinets. Dirty floor only swept not mopped. Broken rails on the deck.」

「Unacceptable behavior! Cancelled on us at the last minute. This was an absolute nightmare. Parker Beach Lodge cancelled our reservation on the very last day, claiming they could not accept us. Leaving guests stranded right before their trip is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Thankfully, Expedia stepped in and resolved the situation by finding us another place to stay. Avoid this place if you want a reliable booking.」

「I loved staying at Blue Water Resort! Right on the beach with easy access, helpful staff, easy parking and checking in/out. I do just wish housekeeping would have made beds between cleanings, and also there was a pasta sauce stain on the floor outside room 104 (down the hall from our room) that was there our entire stay. Trying to reach "front desk" it was none on duty and the suggestion we got from the automated system was to call 911. 「The pool water was murky/dirty upon check in on July 3. A sign stated that the pool would be inspected on July 15. It should have been repaired prior to the July 4th holiday! There has been a great change from last year's owners. We have stayed there several years in a row and the pool was clean. The breakfast hours have been reduced from 7 am to 9 am instead of 10 am. 「Great and friendly lady that maintained our room. Front desk was difficult to reach - had to call over and over and no one would respond - the front desk girl was not that friendly- the tub would clog- bed was super comfortable - it was just ok for me.」

「This location has it all! It's close to main attractions and great restaurants. Onsite restaurant is incredible and there's usually a fun vibe well into the evening. 「Both pools are cold and dirty. All the pool ladders have rust on them. The jacuzzi is dirty and rusty. There’s also a broken rusty sign just leaned against the wall of the jacuzzi. All the rooms have rust. My room was damp the entire stay, (not sure if it’s because my room was next to the pools). I had to wash my clean clothes when I returned home because they were damp. I think the price of this hotel should be under $100. The hotel has potential but needs a lot of repairs.」
