「Nice place to stay on Cape, not far from Hyannis. 」

「This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,...

「Our group of 11 loved this property! Having separate buildings was great for some privacy. The game barn was an absolute gem. We enjoyed hanging out there and playing pool and games. The main house is beautiful annd well stocked. All of the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. We could have used an extra blanket or two, but truly we had no complaints. The house was spotless, everything was comfortable and just as described. Management was helpful with the couple questions I had.」

「Very nice condo. Clean and well stocked. Just the right size for a couple. Only a few steps from the beach, which is private. Great Cape Cod location mid way down the cape. Only 20 minutes from shopping and the fish pier in Chatham and an hour from Provincetown. We would definitely stay again. The only reason it’s a 4 star and not 5 are some minor issues that are easily addressed: Needs a new mattress on the bed. 「Our vacation could have not been more perfect. The cottage was adoreable and roomy for two people. The weather was perfect all week. It is located very close to the beach. You can see the ocean from your personal courtyard, and the walk to the beach is no more than 1 minute. You can be set up and soaking the sun on the beach in less than 5 minutes. Plenty of papertowels, toilet paper and garbage bags provided. Two different types of coffee makers for your preference Kuerig or traditional carafe...

「No TV when we got there. No wifi. No cereal bowls. No hot water for the majority of our stay. It was t exactly hot weather either so just shocking. Not once did anybody offer us extra toilet rolls or clean towel in the eleventh days we stayed there. My hair smelt of mould for the entire time.」

「Mike and Laurie’s house was just what we needed for our Cape getaway. The house was clean and beautifully decorated, while also having everything we needed to make our stay easy. The water views from the house are so beautiful and being able to use the kayaks was an added bonus. The location of the house is close to so many activities as well as stores. The neighborhood is perfect for walking and biking. We brought our dog with us and all of the dog friendly touches made our stay even more...

Wonderful to have meal together with the kitchen and big table plus can hang out outside with two patios one with big outside table that you can barbeque and eat and one with cozy relaxing moments. 「We loved being able to walk to cafes, restaurants and the bookstore and the proximity of the bike path meant that we didn't need our car much at all. We rode bikes to lunch spots, the beach, and to the pickleball courts. The house was tidy and had everything we needed.」
