Formerly a charming boat house, this completely renovated and modernized retreat features dramatically huge wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows facing the lake, a brand new kitchen with a 5-burner gas stove and gorgeous quartz countertop countertops, and a large bathroom with a dramatically curved tile and glass shower.
There is also new private office area when you can work or take a Zoom call.
Wake up refreshed with a brand new king sized hybrid foam/coil bed that isolates movement from your sleeping partner. There is a washer and dryer in the basement as well.
And yes, it has great air conditioning!
Your own private beach has two chaise lounge chairs and a large picnic table. Due to liability issues, we're unable to offer kayaks or watercraft but there are several local rental shops where you can have something delivered to you for an affordable price.
Wifi (Xfinity) is extremely fast and stable. Hi Definition Smart TV comes with Cable and apps (Netflix, Apple TV, etc.).
This cottage is located just minutes to beaches and golf courses, fantastic shopping and dining at Mashpee Commons (10 mins away), and is a quick 15 to 20 minute drive to downtown Hyannis or HYA airport.
If you're looking for a restful, comfy, and rejuvenating home that has so much, this is it! This the best "staycation" for New Englanders or the perfect first visit to Cape Cod.
