「Stayed on all inclusive basis - the main reason for 3 star review was lack of food options - 3 restaurants to choose from with same menu every night for 13 nights... led to understand there is a buffet option with theme nights but wasn't informed upon booking that this would not be available as low season. Other than that hotel was lovely, staff what you would expect but no wow factor.」

「Highly recommend going here. Awesome hotel with professional staff and great facilities. Room is really nice with soft bed. Good restaurants and awesome surroundings.」

「Die Anlage ist wunderbar,kommen gerne wieder ,」

「I checked in and checked back out. I thought I could deal with the heat, no wifi or reception , and getting bit up by mosquitos but I couldn’t . This does truly have the jungle experience. No WiFi in rooms, no phone reception. No AC. My bed had hair in it and stains on the cover. Room smelled fresh though . Ordered from the restaurant . The food wasn’t that great but I did get vegetarian options. Bring mosquito repellent and ant too if you can.」

「Had a fabulous stay at riverside lodge. All staff very friendly and helpful. I can't remember them all but Joke, Soy and Kae were especially good with us. Lovely relaxing setting in the middle of nature yet with a luxurious feel. Food was great and hot, would totally recommend.」

「We went here with our children years ago and stayed a few times. As our now more grown up children were backpacking through Asia they loved to visit again so I booked them a 5 night stay. They had a lovely stay in a Thai villa overlooking the lake. They still loved cycling to the beach as they remembered and the beach itself was still as lovely. The staff were friendly and they didn’t want to leave. Hope to visit with the 4 of us again in the future.」
