Because it is a new property there are still some minor kinks to work out, but the service is absolutely immaculate! The A/C in our bathroom had very poor air flow, so it was a bit warm at times. They offered to move us to a different room, but it wasn't that big of a deal to us so we declined. They placed a portable A/C unit...

Spent three nights there in July 2014. It is one of the major resorts in Khao Lak and has its own stretch of beach. It boasts a serpentine pool that is over three kilometers long. It is great for families or anyone who wants to get away and relax. This place is not really suited to the partying crowd.

This might be the best hotel experience ive ever had. Everything from the arrival, the staff, the location and the hotel itself is amazing. The property is beautiful and is very well maintained. All the small touches such as fresh fruit in the living area every day, the bathtub being filled with water and nice smelling herbs. Breakfast was excellent, and I loved the no-price-tag try-as-many-things-as-you-want ideaology.
Obviously, the pool was heavenly. Loved that it wasn't crowded, no kids splashing around. Just peaceful water and a pool-attendant to bring...

This was a wonderful resort, great breakfast buffet, the staff were extremely helpful. Wewent on day trip to see the James Bond Islands with guide. Totally recommend you see it with a luncheon included on floating restaurant. Food was yummy! Pool was near beach and between hotel room buildings that was artistic and with pool bar! We would go back!! For those with children it was very family friendly.

However, some guests reserve pool and beach chairs for hours without using them, which is unfair to others.
