A couple of things did go wrong during our stay (forgot to clean our room a couple of times; double booked our NYE reservation); but the staff were quick to react and resolve. Great location and facilities.

The bungalow we had was very big and in good condition the staff were amazing our airport transfers that we ordered didn't show up on time the staff at reception called them and sorted everything out they were amazing the only thing I can say negative about the place was the breakfast not much to choose from

The service was perfect and the staff very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable. A few cosmetic renovations (broken floor tiles in the upper pool, lamps on the pillars of the pool bar, non-functioning massage jets in the pool) are long overdue. Overall, the complex is wonderful for a relaxing holiday. In terms of amenities, I would classify the garden villas as mid-range. The breakfast buffet should definitely offer freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee varieties. Guests love that on vacation!

The internet was not good .Other than that everything was great . The place is great , the staff are all great and friendly . It is very quiet at night despite all the activities going on nearby . (Although this was April when it`s a little less busy) . We would go back for sure if we were going to Khao Lak . John and Mam

Wir hatten eine Villa, die vom Platzangebot her sehr großzügig und auch zweckmäßig ausgestattet war, inkl. Freiluftdusche. Frühstücksbuffet sehr üppig, für jeden was dabei. Lokale, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Hülle und Fülle direkt vor der Anlage

Heerlijk!

Mukdara is een prachtig complex in een schitterende tuin met een zeer groot zwembad en nog twee andere pools. Ontbijt aan het strand is uitgebreid en lekker. Wij hadden een kamer van 45 m2, die zijn wel wat gehorig. De villa’s zijn nog ruimer, maar ook duurder; o.i. niet nodig. Er zijn gelukkig voldoende lekkere ligbedden aan het mooie strand. Jammer niettemin dat er altijd mensen zijn die zelfs al voor het ontbijt ‘hun’ plekje menen te moeten reserveren. In de omgeving zijn ruim voldoende restaurants, massagesalons, etc. Hoewel nu nog voldoende in orde heeft het complex vrij snel onderhoud nodig voordat het er echt slecht gaat uitzien. Jammer dat er rond de receptie verschillende gebouwen en zalen ongebruikt staan. Wellicht de coronaperiode niet overleefd…

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, man kann hier schön Urlaub machen. Kleine zeitliche Mängel, könnte man erneuern( Risse an Mauer, Pool) um das Gesamtbild aufzufrischen. Etwas ungewöhnlich ist ,dass man beim Frühstück andere Kaffeearten (Cappuchino...) zahlen muss??? und an manchen Tagen schmeckt der Kaffee nach Tee(die Kannen sollte man nicht tauchen!!) Es war auf jeden Fall eine schöne Zeit!!

Im Resort geht es wirklich herrlich ruhig und relaxt zu, die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön. Auch größere Warane und große Fische sind zu sehen. Der Service gibt alles, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Die Anlage hat Gebrauchsspuren, aber nicht weiter schlimm, wie zum Beispiel, ein paar Wegesplatten die nicht akkurat liegen oder abgeplatzte Farbe. Der Tennisplatz ist etwas alt und im Fitnessraum sind die Gräte abgenützt...aber dennoch,wir kommen wieder. Die Lage, Khao Lak, der saubere feine Sandstrand, die ganz besonderen Villen, das nette Personal....als Gesamtpaket tipptopp.

Schöne Anlage direkt am Strand. Der große Pool gehört bald saniert. Die Bungalows sehr groß. Frühstück für thailändische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Eigentlich sind die Mitarbeiter bemüht, jedoch war der Check out rine Katastrophe.

Gute Anlage für einen tollen Urlaub

Die Anlage liegt sehr zentral für Abendaktivitäten, Speis und Trank und auch Ausflüge. Der Gesamtzustand der Anlage ist sehr gut, an manchen Stellen sollte bald renoviert/adaptiert werden z.B. die Bungalows. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und es wurde ein sehr gutes Frühstück geboten. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis finde ich sehr gut. Der Strand ist sauer und das Wasser rein. Die Sonnenschrime beim Strand könnten etwas weiter auseinander sein, sodass man etwas abgetrennter zu den Nachbarn ist. Der einzige Mangel, den die Anlage aber selber nicht beheben kann, ist die Lage an einer Straße die zum Meer führt, an der Bars und Restaurants liegen. Zeitweise gab es dadurch bis 01:00 etwas Lärm z.B. die Motorräder und tiefen Musikbass.

Wir hatten eine von den Villen. Die Umgebung und der Garten sind wunderschön. Traumhafte Lage fast direkt am Meer. Eigener Strandabschnitt. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für das Versprechen, dass die Rezeption unsere Postgarten abschickt. Diese sind jedoch nie abgeschickt worden. Und einen Punkt Abzug für die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Der Föhn ist mir beim abnehmen auch fast mit Halterung entgegengekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok. Wir durften kostenlos in einem der Hotelzimmer nach Check out duschen und Zeit verbringen.

Die Gartenanlage war richtig schön und die Pools groß und sauber. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer könnte verbessert werden, leider roch es unangenehm modrig aber mit lüften und Klimaanlage war das Problem nach 1-2 Tagen behoben, ist vermutlich wegen dem feuchten Klima normal. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und das Thai Essen im Hotel Restaurant war sehr lecker, es hat uns besser geschmeckt als in der näheren Umgebung.
