Lovely stay

Beautiful property and the room upgrade was to a suite which was amazing for us as a family of 3. Very quiet location, close by to coconut beach, 15 min drive, this is a must visit beach during a stay here. Great couple of massage places just outside of the hotel on the beach, and a cute little restaurant.

We have been in the outrigger for 7 nights beginning of January. The entire resort is very well maintained and clean, the staff is amazingly nice and friendly, you have the feeling they are always doing an extra effort- would actually deserve 6 stars ! location is fantastic for relaxation, beach walks. swimming and just having a good time.

Myself and my partner with our kids (2 & 11) enjoyed our short stay at Outrigger. The hotel and grounds were immaculate, it’s very well looked after and we appreciated that. Breakfast was good but not the best we’ve experienced in Thailand. There are places to eat on the beach if you want reasonably priced Thai food and the massage on the beach is very good. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely return

The hotel is around 20 minutes from Khao Lak busy centre which suited us as we prefer things less hectic, shuttle bus for 200 baht pp each way if you want it. Hotel is on a large very clean expanse of beach with a few beach restaurants and bars very close by. The breakfasts in the hotel were excellent, a good variety of foods to suit all tastes, what I would say is they need to label foods for allergy sufferers. Food in the main restaurants was also of a high standard chef Tao, has taught them well. Rooms were kept very clean, just needed a bit of an update

Amazing place in Khao Lak

It was an amazing stay. staff are great, even the bellboys were on top of everything, remembering our names, room number etc. Cleaners were super nice, great English and willing to assist with any request. Breakfast was amazing !!!!

Truly stunning resort, beautiful and comfy rooms with everything thought off that you would need. The food was delicious and the picnic on the beach at sundown was truly special and shouldn’t be missed. Facilities were great. The beach was lovely. I cannot praise the staff more, they were so friendly and helpful and made our stay very special.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Best staff, great food, big clean rooms and cool activities! We loved yoga and Thai boxing with the amazing Mr. Bao. Definitely not the last time here!

Chilled. Lots of shade. Plenty sun beds. On the beach. Restaurants max 10 minutes walk along the beach (take a torch)

A lovely start to our Holiday

We stayed at the outrigger for 4 nights at the start of our holiday we’d stayed there 4 years ago when it was the manathai we enjoyed it then and wasn’t disappointed coming back for the second time the staff are really lovely the grounds are very beautiful out room was in a very nice position with a large terrace which looked out onto the gardens. The only thing that I think could have made it even nicer would have been more evening entertainment.

We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad practice and I hope karma gets them.

Tolles Zimmer vorne mit eigenem Pool. Personal unglaublich freundlich. Lage an einem sehr schönen Strand und nicht zu weit weg von Kao Lak.

Fantastisk hotel for hele familien

Helt fantastisk sted - roligt og nemt at tage en taxi ind til byen. Fantastisk strand og flere restauranter og massage steder tæt på. Rigtig fine og store værelser og rigtig god morgenmad. Vi ville elske at komme igen.
