「Upon arrival, I noticed the carpet had recently been vacuumed which was nice. The WiFi worked great, and I enjoyed the benefit of having access to a TV with cable in the bedroom. There was hand soap, and even shampoo in the shower if I needed it. The window AC unit in the bedroom worked just fine. Dr. Gibson had stellar communication throughout and was accommodating to a request I had made. Very friendly. "チェックインした時点で、石鹸の封が開いている、シャワーキャップの紙箱に水しぶきがかかっている、シュガー類が入った袋にコーヒーの染みがある等部屋の準備に甘い部分があった。それを鑑みてチップを置かなかったからか、掃除は洗面所の床に髪の毛が残っていたりと大ざっぱであった。とはいえ潔癖症の人間が過ごせる程度であり、一番安い部屋に泊まったが寝室も洗面所も広くあるべきところがきちんと広く、ホテルの従業員も丁寧であったので快適に過ごせた。各種タオル、ドライヤー、アイロン、バスローブ等の備品は揃っている。シャンプー、リンス、ボディークリーム、シャワーキャップ、靴磨き、手洗い用石鹸、全身洗い用石鹸はあるが、歯ブラシや化粧水、ミネラルウォーターはない。少し歩けばドラッグストアがあるので適宜購入可能。"

"部屋は狭いけど全てが整ってます。冷蔵庫はないけど私には必要ありません。スタッフの方々はフレンドリーでした。美術館、ワシントンモールなど有名なところに歩いて行けます。また周りにたくさんあるレストランも楽しめます。中華街の中なので外は賑やかでしたが、ぐっすり眠れました。一階のカフェのペイストリーもおいしそうです"

"ホテル自体、安全で清潔で問題ありませんでした。清掃がちょっと遅い時間(夕方16時くらい)のときもありましたが、総じて清潔です。ただしホテル付近も安全ですが、ちょっとしたものを買うような場所はないです。"
