「I loved my stay here! It is a perfect small condo type unit with a kitchenette. Perfect area to be very close to the boardwalk, but not in the center of all the tourist spots. Shops, and restaurants were maybe 5 min drive away at the most! Only walk across the parking lot distance to the beach! 10 minute walk down the beach to the pier! 」

「We have visited this property several times at least three and we were very comfortable there considering we like the separate bedrooms, even though there kitchen was adequate with a full refrigerator. The puppy was very comfortable as well..」

「Very nice B & B in Lake Helen. It could not have been more peaceful. The Island room was clean and comfortable.The breakfast was fine, but not elaborate. Hugo the host, was very pleasant and had a lot of info about the area. A great place to get away if visiting the areas springs or the mystic village of Cassadaga.」

「The host was very helpful and welcoming without being overbearing as some can be. The space was clean, cute, and well stocked.」

「We enjoyed our short stay here so much. Everything inside was clean, modern, and comfortable, just as shown in the listing (although the washer & dryer have been updated with very nice new units since that photo). The property managers were very helpful and quickly responded to my texted questions. I appreciated how simple it was to set up the sofa bed. The bathroom was spacious, and the outdoor shower was handy for rinsing sandy grandchildren. I don't think the location could have been more...

「Host was easy to communicate with. Great view of the manatees in the canal. Was able to watch a couple of rocket launches. Good time overall. 」

「This place is over the garage of an attached house and has stairs. The owner respected our privacy and let us enjoyed their beautiful yard and dock as if they were not there. They always asked if we needed anything. Very quiet retreat and Mt Dora nearby has alot of shops, resturants and tour boats to enjoy. Just wish the fish were biting more.」

「The unit was nice though the AC was not operating properly. The Hosts were very understanding and immediately offer/processed refund and assisted in instructing us on method of cancelation to get full refund from VRBO. VRBO was also extremely prompt in processing a our full refund. This was a first for us using VRBO and was very skeptical but after this experience I will not have any reservation about using VRBO again as well as booking through this host. The AC issues were out of the hosts...

"スタッフさんは親切でした！バス停がすぐ前なので交通も便利です。施設は古さを感じましたが、清潔でした。一度だけエレベーターが使えない時がありましたが、すぐに業務用エレベーターを案内してくれました。ビーチへのアクセスが最高なので今度はシーズン中に伺います！"
