「The property was nice and so was the staff. I had two issues. 1 was on a chilly night we turned on the heating system and it smelled old. The second was we had 1 roach in our room. Granted I know we were in a southern state but I haven’t seen these things since growing up in the inner cities as a child.」

「The property was very clean, smelled nice. Rooms clean besides the floors. Tub did not drain quickly so water built up in the tub after about 3 or 5 minutes. Did not use stove top, but fridge and microwave worked well and were clean. Bedding clean, no stains noted, however queen bed was small with a weaker frame. Dog walking area (behind the building next to the dumpsters) had trash, cigarette butts littered and no grass so I had to take my dog to the front lawn where it was much cleaner. Staff...

「Hello! Check in went well. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of a construction that's going on in a hotel at the time if booking and sounds like there is going to be no breakfast due to that. When I booked this hotel, that was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. The room is nice and neat, I wish I was aware of breakfast situation when I was booking through Expedia. Liubov.」

「Agree with the other reviews about the Fabuloso smell. It leaves a film on the floor, so I don't recommend walking barefoot around the room. The room was nice with newer furniture, cooktop, microwave and small fridge but the walls, trim, doors, etc. were definitely in need of being modernized. There was no artwork, decor to speak of. It was nice to be able to charge your phone via the light sconces. There were guests arguing outside until 1am and then started again at 8:30/9 am so that was...

「Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. Wouldn’t recommend if you have asthma. Staff are really nice , hotel is near the mall, movie theater and a/c worked well.」
