「We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah. The villa was very comfortable and clean. The owners are great communicators and return messages fast. Recommended for couples since there is one bedroom, although there is a pull down bed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking simple meals or snacks. Good supply of ice. 」

「Check in was easy. The condo is beautiful! Very very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of different sized pots and pans. There is even a crockpot! I loved that we were oceanfront. The patio is fantastic. No obstructed views. The beach is so clean so is the ocean. We will definitely book this again when we return to Folly!」

「Clean, beautiful view, great location. 」

「Checkin with key code easy. Wifi easy to sign onto. Needed to wash a few glasses the kitchen but otherwise clean. Beautiful condo and excellent location to beach, restaurants, and The Nest. We love Kiawah for biking and running paths and very family friendly. 」

「We loved it. Pool was perfect as was the beach. Thanks for having chairs for the beach. From other reviews people said beds were uncomfortable,,,,not correct , beds were very comfortable. Condo had lots of accessories etc. will definitely come back to IOP. Couch was a little hard but it worked out.」
