Peaceful Family Beach Retreat, 3-Minute Walk to the Beach

    Wake up to soft morning light, brew a cup of coffee, and step onto the deck overlooking the peaceful lagoon. In just a few minutes, a short walk through Turtle Point brings you to Kiawah’s beautiful beach, where wide stretches of sand and gentle waves set the tone for the day.

    This calm, beautifully decorated villa is designed for relaxed Kiawah stays with family or close friends. Natural light fills the open living area with high ceilings and reclaimed wood floors, while the living room flows easily onto the lagoon-view deck, creating a perfect spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening drink.

    The kitchen is fully renovated with marble countertops and premium appliances, making it easy to prepare meals together. Nearby, the dining area overlooks the golf course and lagoon, offering a peaceful setting for gathering after a day at the beach.

    The layout works especially well for families or couples traveling together. Two king suites each include large TVs, walk-in showers, and serene lagoon views. The third bedroom features two twin beds and its own private bathroom.

    Guests love the quiet Turtle Point location, the short 3–5 minute walk to the beach, and the close access to bike paths, golf, tennis, and The Sanctuary Hotel. Historic downtown Charleston is about a 30-minute drive away.

    This is the kind of Kiawah retreat where the best moments happen naturally - morning walks to the beach, afternoons exploring the island, and peaceful evenings overlooking the lagoon.

Wonderful home in beautiful location

We had a lovely time at the Vv. The house was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Owners were responsive where we had minor questions. The best part was the location - easy 5 min walk to a quiet beach!

Perfect stay

We loved our stay at the vV. The place was exactly as described, very clean with updated furnishings. Well stocked and incredibly organized. Close proximity to the beach. Communication with the hosts was easy and prompt. We’ve added the vV to our “favorites”list and look forward to teturning

Beautiful

We stayed here for a week and loved everything about our stay. The walk to the beach was a short 3 mins. The house had all of the cooking utensils we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. I see us staying here again in the future, we enjoyed it that much.

Late Spring Break Magic

Our kids had a late spring break this year, and we weren't sure what to do. I have to HUGELY recommend Kiawah in late April, and this house was perfect. The 3 minute walk to the beach made it easy for our kids to come and go as they pleased (ages 10-18), plus my husband and I got a "walk to" date night at The Sanctuary. The "check-in" deviled eggs are a must, if you like them (I got them all since am the only person in my family who enjoys them - lucky Mom!) and when we had a mixup with our chair drop off, Jeanette was quick to respond and gracious in her help getting it figured out. We will definitely stay here again! p.s. The dining table was great for a big, hard puzzle my 10-yr-old and I worked on all week!!

We couldnt have enjoyed our time in Kiawah more! Jeanette and Shawn are the ultimate hosts! The condo was so comfortable, and it had everything we needed (and more!) with a short scenic walk to the beach.We traveled with our two young children and we ALL enjoyed ourselves. Our bikes and beach chairs, and requested crib were waiting for us which made things so seamless, giving us more time to enjoy ourselves.We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!

Wonderful property

This place was wonderful. We have stayed on Kiawah for many years and never had this kind of service or stocked rental. The management was responsive to any call or question. I would recommend staying with Kiawah getaways anytime.

The communication with the owners was exceptional.

Wow. The house was first class, all the way. Minutes, truely, to the beach. The kitchen was so new, we consulted each other how to turn on the stove. I personally loved the ice. The water tastes great there too, if you want to save on bottled water. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need but the owners do send you a list of what you can expect will be available. We had one question and the owner answered the phone right away. You don't deal with a company They really covered everything we needed to know.

We had such an enjoyable stay at this beautiful Turtle Point golf villa. The accommodations were exceptional - everything was so organized and clean. This villa overlooks the tee box of Hole #17 at Turtle Point. Each morning, we sat in the sun room and watched a family of deer walk by the side/back yard. The walk to the beach truly was a 3-minute walk - so convenient! Jeanette was a wonderful host who made the entire process easy with her timely communication and detailed instructions. We would highly recommend this villa and hope to return some day!

What a great location within the island, and easy to walk to the beach! The rooms were spacious and beautifully balanced. All the amenities were thoughtful and made the stay comfortable. We loved our week here! Will be back!

Beautiful condo in great location

Absolutely beautiful property! You should immediately book this place... mostly because you will never get this great of a night's sleep anywhere else! The beds are OUTSTANDING. The bedrooms have fabulous closets and built in cabinetry. Kitchen and living areas are top notch! Location is really great with short stroll to the beach and quick access to bike path. The reservation is through Kiawah Island Getaways and they are very nice to work with. Provided very timely details about payment and followed up with such great information about the Kiawah area! We were able to plan our trip with ease! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful villa and island

Can't say enough about both the villa and the management/communication both pre-arrival and post. The villa was perfect and was by far the most well-appointed rental we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended and we plan to book again next year.

Nasty Bathroom

This condo was nice and appeared clean at first glance, then we went upstairs to the master bathroom and the shower head was covered with pink slime and there was a bunch of hair on the shower drain. Disgusting! The shower had to have missed more than one cleaning to be that disgusting. The owner's response was "wow...I apologize." While I appreciated her apology, the fact remained that we had a nasty shower that we didn't want to use until it was cleaned. After much discussion, she finally agreed to send someone out to clean it. After three hours and no one had showed up, we went to the supermarket and bought some Clorox cleaner with bleach and cleaned it. Someone finally did show up to clean, but it had been so long I had just cleaned it myself. Not what I expected to be doing on my vacation!!

vV is beautiful!

The property was so clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were high-end. The lovely decor was custom and professionally done. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the pond and saw an alligator and several marsh birds. It was a short walk to the beach to see the sunrise every morning and enjoy the wide shoreline. Overall, 5 stars!

A beautiful villa in the perfect spot!

The vV Turtle Point was the perfect villa for our family. It gave us plenty of space and it was beautifully decorated. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The stove gave us a bit of trouble but the management was responsive and quick to help us out. The location was ideal - a quick stroll to the beach and a short bike ride to Night Heron Park and the Town Center! We couldn’t have been more pleased!
