The Space:
We are thrilled to announce that this unit is now equipped with state-of-the-art Dyson hair dryers. Whether you’re preparing for a day of exploration or an evening out, enjoy the convenience and sophistication of a salon-quality hairdryer right in the comfort of your unit. It’s just one of the many ways we’re elevating your experience with CHC Vacation Rentals.

This rental is a two story villa and an incredibly serene and relaxing space.

On the first floor there is a small kitchenette, bistro table that seats 2, luxurious living space with pull out sleeper sofa, and half bath. The kitchenette includes a full size fridge, toaster oven, microwave, pots & pans, dinnerware, basic cooks tools, and induction cooktop. Please note there is no traditional oven or dishwasher.

Sleep comfortably in the king size bed upstairs and enjoy the peaceful natural light that beams through the windows surrounding the entire second floor.

Guest Access:
Guests have the entire rental to themselves. The courtyard and heated pool are shared.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just one short block from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern's. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!

Getting Around:
Charleston is a walking city! Uber is widely available. If guests do have a car, we provide ONE (1) off-street parking space. We suggest to bring an economy size vehicle to help with getting around Charleston's narrow downtown streets.

• Please note our strict cancellation policy - All Cancellations eligible for refund are subject to pay credit card processing fee of 3.1% x2
• Wifi and Roku streaming device available (no standard cable)
• Free Tesla and EV charger located on property in dedicated charging space for guest use only

Place is beautifully decorated and quaint. Nice small rectangular pool behind next door neighbors that is shared between 3-4 other tenants. It was in a nice location that we could walk to some restaurants and shops.My only concern was that it was very compact. I guess most places in this area are the same being built in 1800s when people were much smaller.I wish we were advised to bring smaller vehicle as the alley is a bit tight for large suv . Beautiful, peaceful, luxurious stay

The property was clean and well-represented by the photos. It was a tidy, efficient space that worked perfectly for us (a family of 4). The management was super responsive to any questions we had. We used the pool every day—it was lovely and heated! And, the property was located at the end of a peaceful alley and it was surrounded by a beautiful garden. A truly peaceful retreat!

Great cozy place to stay in Charleston

Had a wonderful time in Charleston and our stay was perfect! We loved how cozy, quiet and beautiful our little pool cottage was. The view from the windows was beautiful and it was minimal while having everything we needed. We loved the sound machine next to the bed to aid good sleep after a busy day of walking all over the city. The location was perfect for us.

Weekend Getaway

We loved the pool house for our stay. We basically needed a place to sleep at the end of a long day and it was so charming and comfortable. We were one block off of King St and were able to walk everywhere. The backyard is gorgeous and a great place to enjoy your morning coffee.

Great pocket in the heart of downtown

The check-in/out process was easy, the pool house was clean and well appointed and the heated pool under twinkle lights was icing on the cake for our visit. Loved the tucked away feel of the property and the proximity to restaurants and all that downtown Charleston has to offer. We will be back!

What a sweet little cottage. Upstairs felt like sleeping in a treehouse. The fish pool and garden added a beautiful serene quality to the setting. Location is perfect for King Street fun!

This was our first time in Charleston and this litttle pool house made this trip perfect. The home was spotless, and the location was perfectly centered to everything. It was so peaceful that we actually had some of the best sleep we’ve ever had. Felt like we were sleeping in the trees. We can’t wait to come back.

Central to Charleston Downtown

Very nice- inside and out...upstairs bedroom- super comfortable bed- bed space/ bath. Downstairs is a little worn - sofa/ rug especially. Small kitchen needs some counter or just a regular toaster not a toaster oven. I agree that the blinds need to be more private. Water features and Koi pond are beautiful.
