It’s just one of the many ways we’re elevating your experience with CHC Vacation Rentals.

This Suite is a peaceful and private apartment for two. Sleep comfortably in a queen size bed and relax in the cozy living area. The kitchenette includes a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, induction cooktop, dinnerware, and basic cooking tools. Please note that there is no dishwasher or traditional oven.

Guest Access:
This is a private apartment with it's own separate entrance. Guests have access to the shared courtyard, patio, and heated swimming pool.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just one short block from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern's. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!

Getting Around:
Charleston is a walking city! Uber is widely available. If guests do have a car, we provide ONE (1) off-street parking space. We suggest bringing an economy size vehicle to help with getting around Charleston's narrow downtown streets.

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with my fiancé. We were walking distance from king street and able to walk to dinner every night. It’s a beautiful and secluded little area that is perfect for couples

Love the location of this property right off King Street and yet quiet private courtyard space with heated salt water pool. Room and interior space very comfortable for 2 with very quick and attentive service. We are a repeat customer and will return again!

Quick trip to Charleston

Overall we liked everything about the property. Location was great and off street parking a plus. Luckily there was a video to show us how to get to our room. It was tucked away among other buildings. We did walk to King Street and City Marker in the daytime but in the dark my daughter and I felt safer taking an uber or bike taxi. We would stay here again.

Perfect Location and Amenities!

My husband and I stayed in this rental for a frat parent's weekend at C of C. It was in a very safe neighborhood with easy access to shopping and restaurants on King Street. The size of the apartment was perfect and very reasonably priced, considering the hotels in the area were charging over $400 per night on that weekend, and this unit had more space and a kitchen. Also, the owner was very responsive when we texted her about needing a temperature change in the unit. If you book, take the opportunity to sit out back and enjoy the darling koi pond and courtyard.

Mostly a nice experience

Loved the location of this property. Very close to everything we wanted to be close to. It was clean and neat. They were responsive to us when we requested an adjustment to the temperature, but it's a shame the temperature controls are not in the actual apartment. Windows were operable so we could raise them to cool it down. One of the ceiling fans did not work (chain was broken and the wall switch didn't turn it on). The bed was very uncomfortably firm. Felt more like I was sleeping on a board. That may work for some folks, but I could not sleep well because of it. It was a quiet neighborhood. Lovely little neighborhood eatery a block down (Five Loaves).

Great Service, Excellent Location!

Overall, this was a great experience and a great place to stay. It is located in a very ideal spot if you are not from around the area! You are very close to King Street shopping and many great restaurants. The place is very clean and maintained. The courtyard and pool is fantastic to relax in. The services provided by the hosts are amazing as well. Very responsive to any texts or emails in a timely manner and always ready to help. We will be back very soon!

Great space!

Great space that was quintessential Charleston! Lovely lap pool that was relaxing and zen. We didn't anticipate quite so many stairs in this particular unit (I'm a fit almost 60, hubs is a fit 72!). All in all we give it a 5 star review, they even had a bottle of wine for us upon arrival! We would totally stay here again.
