"Great downtown location, secure building. Room was clean only issue was the shower there handheld shower head wouldn’t hold upright. Staff addressed it but it still didn’t hold well. Only other thing was there was a private party just below us at the bar and the noise was annoying until sometime after midnight. Downstairs coffee bar and breakfast was very good. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly."

"Everything here is always top notch! The only downside of our stay was the pool was extremely crowded (no where to sit but no one was sitting in the chairs, just saved and unusable) and full of sand from the mini beach, but it was otherwise nice."

"Just to you know why I said excellent is because, I have mobility problems. The staff bent over backwards to help me with any request I gave the staff. They got my luggage, handicap equipment, medicine bag and additional walker up to room and back to my when leaving. I was going to a rock concert and the management got me an Uber to get to and pick me up to go back to the Hotel. I did room service once and the delivery to me was good and the food was good. I ate in the hotel restaurant, Hamilton and the organization was a little difficult. I got seated ok, but after the water glass was delivered to my table, I to ask to order. They seem to forgot I hadn't order. Then I sat a little bit of time and had to request that I wanted my ice tea. Once again I was just sitting there with water. Now positive note is the food was delicious and the portion was large. Did I leave a tip, yes I did. Once again thank-you hotel management for all you gave me to make me happy hotel guest. I recommend the Lozano Hotel, because of the employees!"
