Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service and after going up the stairs or room door battery was dead, so had to go back downstairs to get help and switch rooms. It was not anyone's fault, just bad luck. The staff was very friendly and helpful in solving the issue.

First off I have to say the staff were friendly and very helpful. The poor review was mainly due to the lack of cleanliness in the room, Non-Functioning amenities and facilities. Unexpected maintenance issues which made my room inaccessible but was resolved shortly after midnight. Non-Functioning elevators were frequent during the stay .

Karina the manager is excellent person she treated me like I was at home, Rodolfo as well, and Jessica from the cleaning staff was so nice and friendly. The hotel should keep people like them forever

Basic, safe, seemingly clean place to stay overnight. Front desk staff just basic also. Couldn’t be bothered to say thank you for staying with us. Detail to cleaning on elevator perimeter floor needed, also on second floor hallway floors. Staff failed to vacuum room when I checked in. Otherwise, just ok.
