"I highly recommend this hotel not only because of the location, obviously it’s convenient, but also because of their quality of services is excellent! As you might notice, room size is generally small in Tokyo area, Remm Aki also provides small rooms but with everything you needed, even a small massage chair! All of the staffs here also well trained and professional which made me very impressed. I’ll definitely come back and stay here on my next visit."

"We stayed in one of the traditional rooms, and it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, and the amenities were abundant. The location is great for Ueno park and the nearby Ueno station and shopping districts, and it’s walkable to the nearby University. The only other notes I’d mention is that the rooms do have a pitcher but to refill, you need to take a stop on the 2nd floor where the laundry room is. Speaking of, depending on how crowded the hotel is at the time, the dryer machines in the laundry room can often be full since it could take a lot longer in each dryer than a single wash. Over all, I would definitely recommend this place to others."
