"My 2 nights stay was terrible because I had a very big quarrel with another guest; was allotted a bed in the female room by a woman named Nana;the first night was fine but on the second night, came back from late night work, was tired and I just needed a good night sleep but as I went to my allotted bed,a Chinese guest came in and started shouting and screaming loudly at me,saying that was her bed;there was no staff member to solve the issue; had the worst experience in my entire life"

"A really clean and quiet hotel just out of the centre of Ueno, but well within walking distance of the station to base yourself. Two convenience stores and one supermarket within a couple of blocks, and lots of good restaurant options nearby. The staff were all extremely friendly and made a good fuss of my daughter for her birthday. Highly recommend. "
