The hotel only changed our sheets upon request once in 10 days. You could leave out a card requesting the sheets to be changed & then the request card completely disappeared after that. We were also only allowed 1 espresso pod per person, per day to use in our specialty maker. Otherwise, you could take instant coffee packs from the lobby. Real coffee drinkers don't like instant. You could request more sugar, but not more creamer. We are not accessive bathers & didn't always use our towls. We felt like impositions. Furthermore, many Americans don't watch CNN & was offered as the only English news."

"Hotel MONday Asakusa was a wonderful stay for our family. The staff was friendly and efficient from check-in to check-out. The facility was very clean, and the rooms were a good size by Japan standards, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast Buffett was great with plenty of options, and the location was perfect - close to everything. The rain station, Don quijote and Sensoji-temple were both within walking distance, which made exploring the area so easy. This will definitely be our family's place to stay from now on"
