「海外旅行が２回目で語学力も自信がなく不安が大きかったのですが、スタッフの方がとても親切で丁寧な対応のおかげで安心して大変楽しい旅になりました。また、アルマス広場まで徒歩で数分で行くことができ、早朝、人通りの少ない街並みをゆっくり散歩できるなど、立地もとても便利でクスコを満喫できました。」

「Staff never came back to me when I asked to clarify please if it was a house or a hotel. I asked that, because it says: shared bathroom. For the price I payed for the package I wanted at least my own bathroom. But they never answered to me. I didn’t stay there. I wish there were a way for a refund or something for the unpleasant experience, since because of that I booked somewhere else.」
