The hotel is in a great location just off the main square. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the fresh made omelets were a great way to start our day. The beds were also very comfortable. There is a lot of live music in close proximity to the hotel but the doors and windows look newly installed and blocked almost all of the sound, they do provide ear plugs in the room but we never needed them. Would recommend for future travelers!

Traditional style casa in central Cusco, half block from main plaza. Staff excellent, hot breakfast excellent. They provided bag breakfasts for our early morning trips. Would happily stay again!

Wonderful stay near the Plaza De Armas. Everything about the property was great, but I really have to give extra credit to the wonderful staff. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I was comfortable and took my suitcases all the way up to the third floor for me. I also suffered from the altitude sickness at one point and the sweet girl working the front desk gave me oxygen and made sure I was ok before letting me go. She also brought a cake to my room for my birthday that same day :,) overall, a wonderful hotel in a perfect location. Comfy, clean, yummy breakfast, beautiful interior. Can’t wait to come back one day.

Prime location right off of the central Plaza de Armas! Staff was friendly, helpful and professional and even gave us a snack bag the morning we checked out at 4:30am. Only downside was the discoteca/club across the street and the noise. The hotel gave us earplugs, but it wasn’t the quietest place to stay.
