El hotel es pequeño, por lo mismo el estacionamiento es insuficiente, las anotaciones se encuentran al rededor de la alberca, hay un bar al lado de la alberca que no cierra a la hora indicada y sigue con la música (10pm hora que debería cerrar), de igual forma dejan estar a la gente pasada las 10pm en el área de la alberca haciendo ruido, por lo tanto es difícil descansar. Las instalaciones bien, el único problema es no poder descansar bien

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, entrando a la habitación aparentemente todo muy limpio, pero las dos camas tenían las sábanas sucias, ni siquiera habían sacudido las camas, estaban llenas de brillitos, piedritas de colores y cabellos. Un asco de sábanas! El personal del hotel muy amable.

Un lugar muy agradable y bonito, tranquilo su personal muy eficaz. Solo faltó agua caliente en la regadera pues aunque es caluroso es necesaria por la mañana.

The hotel facility is very new, clean with good service, But "Ito" means small actually the rooms they offer for 4 persons there is not enoug space, the bathroom is small consider that if you are a big person. the Prices according to spaces are kind high.

me parecio excelente sus instalaciones todo aparentemente nuevo o de poco tiempo buena alberca,buen bar y servicio de restaurant. unico detalle en mi estancia el baño expedia fuerte olor a drenaje todo el dia y lo que es dotacion de shampoo mini porcion para 4 personas. volveria a hospedarme

Las atenciones de priscila la recepcionista muy amable, pésima comida, cierran la recepcion teniamos que salir a las 5 am y nadie abria la puerta, el estacionamiento es enfrente en un terreno atras de una casa, se escucha todo en las habitaciones

Buena experiencia, Desafortunadamente se fue la luz en 1/4 parte de la ciudad y el hotel se vio afectado, tardaron aprox 12 horas para colocar una planta extra y poder compensar la situación. El personal trató de minimizar el problema.
