「We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The location is excellent and we enjoyed sitting on the nice chairs enjoying the sunset. The manager was very nice and friendly. The room was as good, bed was comfortable.」

「The room was disgusting. We are not picky, but mould cigarettes and an unstable floor to say the least are a whole other level! The person at the desk moved us to another room which wasn't as bad, but no other room than the horror show was available for our second night and they wouldn't refund even a portion of the money. DO NOT RECOMMEND」

「Our room had a strong smell of smoke masked by air fresheners. We were moved to another room which was better initially but when I got into the one bed it had a strong smell of odor. Very disappointing」

「Showing it's Muskoka age the resort is a great place to unwind. our room was clean and updated,however it's path to the entrance was showing its age in algae, overgrowth and a somewhat unappealing entrance. The lodge hasn't changed since our last visit and the meal was delicious with a great server. Overall with a little tender care it could be restored to its original charm」

「We stay at the Pinedale three times a year. We really enjoy it. It’s quiet, has incredible views from every room. It’s nice to have a full sized fridge and stove. It has a balcony and it’s close to downtown Gravenhurst. The outdoor pool is very nice and the staff are always friendly.」

「We stayed in Room I for one night at this lovely motel. It was absolutely stunning!! Everything was top notch from the bed to the bathroom fixtures to the decor. It was our first time checking in by text without seeing an actual person, and it went flawlessly. Such a great experience.」

「Nice area nice view of the lake Pictures were completely incorrect. We booked the family cottage for 6 people. They gave us a tiny 300 sq foot shack with the bedrooms the size of a broom closet. They showed pictures of the premium cottage which looked nothing like the dump we got. They made us pay 30 for propane for 4 nights. Complete rip off. We were given a little bigger cottage the next day. They refused to refund us our money. No privacy at all.」
