"We love staying around this location! The view from the living room & master room was on point! the unit was close to the stairs making it easy access going to/from the pool/beach. It wasn't as crowded, which we love! There was plenty of parking and the condo has carts so we could put our items on it and make less trips. Games and cards were provided at the condo, and even beach towels! The host gave a lot of tips in his e-mail, which was greatly appreciated! If you see Rick, the pool cleaning guy, say hi! He's a nice gentleman who will also give you good tips on restaurants and what's going on for the week!"

"This property was perfect for our family with a fairly close location to the beach. We did have to walk further than anticipated but the beach was amazing. The gate had some issues with not opening on several instances but the issue was handled promptly. Overall the rental was clean and the host responded promptly with any questions. There isn't much of a view from this particular unit as it is on the 1st floor and the back of the building. I would recommend this rental to others and enjoyed our stay."

"This condo was the perfect size for our family of four, especially with our daughter sharing the bedroom. The condo was also very well equipped with everything we needed for a weeklong stay, which made the trip easy and comfortable.We really liked that the complex was on the smaller side—the pool was never overly crowded, so it was easy to relax and enjoy. The location was also very convenient to downtown Destin, restaurants, shops, and other amenities.You can see the beach area from the condo balcony, and while there are some spots along the edges to sit, it does get very busy on nice days with people being boated in from other resorts. Because of that, we ended up walking over to the ocean side, and it was absolutely lovely—quiet, peaceful, and the water was perfect.The only thing to note is that it is a bit of a walk if you’re carrying a lot of beach gear, so pack accordingly. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the condo, the location, and the quieter feel of the complex."
