"Hotel was very busy but it was expected since it was New years weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. Times Square, broadway shows, Central Park and Rockefeller Center all within walking distance."

"The property is pretty sensual to popular locations. However, the rooms need updated. There was a gash in our shower ceiling and the right side of our sink did not work. The cleaning staff was very friendly."

"The staff was very attentive and kind upon arrival. The hotel was a perfect location, right in Times Square, and there were a lot of things to do and places around to eat and enjoy. We had a room facing Times Square so the view was nice and we got to experience the lights and sounds of NYC right from our room. Rooms were clean and spacious for the 4 of us. The restaurant was nice as well and had a good amount of food and drinks. I would stay here again. "
