「In all honesty I believe that it is over priced. I was there for a very long layover and wanted to spend the extra money as a celebration for myself. The rooms are very small. They barely fit the king sized bed and not much room at all to walk or store luggage. The balcony furniture isn’t clean If you want an ocean view room ask for anything above floor 3. I was on floor 3 and had to stand to really see the ocean. The TVs didn’t work and when they switched my room the TV only had a couple...

「チェックインの時、問題をかかえていたが、男性スタッフがとても親切で助かった。その後お礼を言いたかったが一度も会えず残念でした。ケトルを借りたらカップ他フルセットで用意して下さって感激しました。 フリックコレクションが売り切れだったが代替案を提案してくれたコンセルジュにも感謝しています。 親切なスタッフとそうでない方のバラツキがあるが、レストランスタッフも含めて親切な方のレベルが高い。」
