「We stayed at this property when visiting Puerto Rico last week. Beautiful hotel/resort. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. The views from every angle were gorgeous and I loved the infinity pool. Our room was perfect and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!」

「I stayed in room 528. The ocean view and sound of the waves from the balcony were perfect. Beautiful to my eyes and perfect to my ears. The staff and house keepers were quick to accommodate my needs. One of the elevators was out of service but the service elevator was made available. The property will be under renovation soon, but I’d definitely stay again.」

「Great place to stay in San Juan Condado area, close to everything at a walking distance, great food options, one block away from the best beach in Condado with hotel reserved area with lounge chairs and umbrellas for a nice relaxing time at the beach.」

「I love how welcoming and positive the employees are all of them had a smile and attitude that they wanted to be there. The resort looked amazing and very clean lots to do there.」

「お部屋にケミカルを使用してる為 部屋に入った途端に喉がいたかった。 水もなく困った。 ジャグジーはよかったけど 部屋のフロアがあまり綺麗ではない。 シャンプーなどなかった。 」

「The hotel is an old building but has the minimum equipment: moderate speed wifi and airconditioner, but no fridge. The check-in process was a bit messy. Because my flight arrived at about midnight, the hotel had requested me to call the sister hotel in advance. However, when I arrived at the hotel, there was nobody and I could not get into the hotel. So I walked to the sister hotel and got the key around 1:30 am.」
