Christina is such a great host and was amazing at communicating and her personal little touches can be found all over the property. 「What a fantastic place to stay. A beautiful stone building near the top of a hill with a great garden and a brilliant host Joe. We were there for only two days on a road trip from Phoenix to Seattle but it really wonderful. A very well equipped kitchen, good WiFi, comfortable bed and lots of external seating to enjoy the sun, the views during the day and the start sky at night. Joe, the host provided lots of information about the history of the property and the former ranch it is situated...

「House was clean and in a central location for Flagstaff, which was great. The bathroom is very small and hard to get in and out of. It also backs up against another room because of the angle, so both doors could not open at the same time.」

「We loved the idea of having a fully fenced backyard for our pups. It was very inviting and clean. Had everything and extras of anything you could need for your stay. The only thing l could complain about is the chairs on the dining room table need to be tightened. Most of the legs were loose. We will definitely keep this place in my for our next stay. 」

「This place worked out fine. 2 beds, a nice kitchenette, nice bathroom and centrally located. We also appreciated hanging maps and clear communication. There is an added breakage fee that was not clear at first glance. Overall, I think the price is too steep for what it is but that's Sedona I guess. We enjoyed it. 」

Sitting in a beautiful location where you feel secluded in the trees and close to wildlife right out the window, yet close to Flagstaff and a nice and beautiful drive to the Grand Canyon. 「We stayed for 6 nights in April,2026. The property is lovely and conveniently located in central Payson. The outdoor space is worth the stay. There is a lovely seating area and hot tub. Hailey was a gracious host and quickly answered any question we had.」
