「Waterbury not considered safest place yet parking garage was fairly secure (would have preferred 24/7 staff manning booth. Liked fact lobby could not be accessed without room key. If it were not for usage by housekeeping of fragrance's in rooms would have given an excellent review」

「Good location, close to Norwalk but in a very quiet and peaceful area. Even with ongoing renovation, we had a great stay and enjoyed the pool and breakfast (not-included). This doesn't affect review and it was situational but the fire alarm was triggered while we were at the pool (6pm) but everything was back to normal in 10 minutes.」
