「I hate to give a bad review because this seems to be a locally owned business and the people who run it are very nice and helpful, but the bed was awfully hard and uncomfortable, there is nothing in the area. The grocery store is at least a 15-20 minute walk one way. We had to wait about 45 minutes to an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the port. I know I’m a spoiled American so considering that I just want others like me to be aware and maybe look at options like the airport hotel even...

「This was a very nice property and very close to the Main Street by the water: close to the train station and restaurants. Only thing that was a surprise was how to get in when we arrived: we buzzed the door and a person answered and said we needed to send a photo of our passports, then pay a tax on line which we did. Apparently she had sent me a message through Expedia a couple of months previous but I had not been notified. Just be aware when you book. Also they have a card to put on the door...

「Hubby and I had an excellent and relaxing time!!」

「Fiorella was wonderful sending us detailed directions including photos. We met her at check in and she is so kind and helpful!!! The property was conveniently located to the Port of Civitivecchia. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was immaculate. Everything in the room worked and again, Fiorella was so welcoming and helpful! We would recommend without hesitation!」

「Location. Breakfast was all pre-packaged and transportation to the port was $10Euro pp. The water temp in shower was warm not hot. This was not a budget hotel. The cost in $ was 200. Disappointing.」

「The place was a convenient place to stay near beachfront Breakfast was great and they even left beer in the fridge for us Balcony was a great place to sit in the sun Room and common area was clean and well maintained And a plus there was a supermarket next door I would definitely stay here again」

「The room and common areas were very clean. It was comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony. Frederica made the entire stay wonderful. She was very helpful and accommodating. She even prepared a special breakfast for my husband who doesn’t eat any sugar」

「The property was adorable, super clean with a lot of amenities!! The owner was so sweet and helpful. Close to many places, so great location!!」

「Great location minute walk to port free shuttle service. The hosts very extremely helpful with all my concerns. Very highly recommended. Check in was a breeze. Make sure you note the key box number once you get confirmation the room is on the 2nd floor great elevator. Use the door code to unlock the entrance to room and the code to unlock your door. Wifi was great the hosts will send along with all other instructions the wifi password. Make note of all this info as we booked through...
