The room was ok. The heater in room had a whole in it and you could hear the cars on the freeway. Then the pool was terrible. The water was so cloudy and dirty, it did not smell like chlorine or any pool chemicals. The doors to the rooms were very heavy and they had a bunch of young teenagers running ...

No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus.
