「I had the best stay here for theEaster holiday weekend! It was such a beautiful property in a stunning location with incredible views! It’s a dog friendly hotel and they were so nice to my dog who I brought with us. Every single person who is part of the hotel staff is so lovely, helpful and kind!!! Amazing customer service!! The breakfast and Dinners that we had at the restaurant were all so delicious!! Will come back to stay again! 10/10!!」

「Requested a bath in rooms. When arrived a there was a small shower in the room. Asked receptionist they checked no bath available in any of the rooms left. Disappointed as my husband is disabled and can't use a shower Room needs a a」

「Ibis did not provide breakfast on day 1 and we had to go next door to the sister hotel Mercure. Following day Ibis was supposed to provide breakfast but when we went down tables hadn't been cleared and there was little food. We were told there was a problem with the kitchen and we had to go next door again to the Mercure. That night we went to the bar and it was covered in dirty glasses and the girl behind the bar was barely coping. They seem to have a shortage of staff or at the very least...

「建物自体は古いですが、清掃も行き届いておりサービスもとても良かったです。見晴らしの良いテラスカフェがあり、リラックスした時間を過ごさせてもらいました。部屋もとても広く快適でした。レストラン等があるエリアから少し遠いことだけが難点で、お子さん連れとかだと少しきついかもしれませんがレストランも併設されているので、まぁなんとかなるレベルかなと。逆にホテルに滞在する目的だと静かで良いかも。」

「Beautiful from top to bottom - wonderful extras like fresh milk in the fridge, a chocolate treat and great coffee. All staff were amazing - so friendly and welcoming and genuinely kind. We have already recommended Hotel indigo to our friends - just a shame that we were only staying one night! 」

「The outside of the hotel is looking a bit drab and in need of a good clean/paint. The reception area was very pretty and reception staff were pleasant. Check in was quick and efficient. Our room was large although could do with a refurbishment as some furniture was scruffy and ripped and the carpet was dirty, well worn and had an iron burn on it. There was plenty of storage. Tea and coffee making facilties also available. The bathroom was ok although there was signs of mould and the shower...
