"Not a really user-friendly tap in the toilet. 1 pillow by default, but you can request for more. No housekeeping for 3 nights or below (only every 4th day). The room gets bright by 5+ (sun rises) even with curtains drawn. Location is within 7mins walk from Matsumoto station and decent breakfast buffet. "

"It is a Very elegant hotel located in a valley with a creek passing. They provide a variety local meal. The lobby and lounge + library are impressive. A good place for a break from metropolitan busy life. "
