「Really enjoyed our stay. Welcome was courteous and helpful. We had an evening meal which was delicious. Service was great. Breakfast was the highlight! Enjoyed the Dorset dairy yoghurt. One very minor point no smoked salmon alternative to bacon with the eggs Benedict but mushroom was suggested instead and was equally delicious. Overall an excellent stay room was comfy, cosy and clean - thank you 🙏」

「The hotel is an old Georgian building and therefore reflected in the rooms and amenities. Lots of character and charm. However, this means no aircon and old fashioned door locks etc. They provide a fan but our room was still too warm. We stayed in April so the summer months could be tricky. The bed was very comfortable and the shower room was well stocked. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion and lovely fluffy towels. Lots of tea and coffee.
