Very clean and spacious and any queries were immediately dealt with by the helpful and friendly staff. I would though prefer an en-suite that was not a wet room, with a bath ideally.

Lovely room and the staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was superb and parking easy. It would however be nice if there were spa facilities for guests rather than just a treatment room.

A short night in Sherborne

Dog friendly hotel where rooms are superb, clean and spacious and well laid out. It was our second visit and although it is not the cheapest hotel, it is worth the extra if you want to spoil yourself a little.

Excellent junior suite. Newly built. Excellent restaurant and breakfast, free parking. The hotel is a 20 min walk from the centre of Sherborne. We will stay at the hotel again when travelling through Dorset. Highly recommend.

This beautiful modern hotel, is sercure to enter , A lift to your floor or your rooms, with an entry card. The room we had was very clean, comfortable with every you need, kettle, coffee pot, lovely large walk in shower, comfy beds good pillows, the hotel about 15 mins walk to Town centre. Free parking. Wonderful team, lovely room

A wonderful team, a lovely room, a hotel that is well worth booking. Two night stay for business. Solo traveller. Driving up to this hotel is a unique experience, looking more like a block of concierge attended flats than a hotel it would be easy to be put off, however, within moments of entering and talking with the staff all my preconceptions were swept away. The staff were amazing, and just to mention a few - Sophie in the Reception team was welcoming, efficient with regards hotel process, and then spent real time to chat which was an amazing welcome and so refreshing. Joe in the breakfast team was enthusiastic and professional as well as showing his personality, a trait that is so often lacking in hotels nowadays. Nikita in the attached spa provided an exceptional treatment for amazing value too, and as a seasoned spa user this treatment stood out as one of the best I've experienced. Housekeeping are efficient and pleasant in passing, making eye contact and smiling a welcome that adds to the ambiance. I cannot speak highly enough of the team as I experienced them to be, thank you. The double deluxe room was well specified, a great space. To have both a large comfy sofa and a desk that were useable was unexpected and made the stay even more enjoyable. The air con in the room has comfortably maintained a cool atmosphere through 30 degree heat making it a fantastic place to come back to after challenging days at work.
