「A very comfortable stay. Host Rupert was attentive without being intrusive. Excellent breakfast all freshly cooked. A delightful house with a particularly delightful resident - Nutmeg - a wire haired Jack Russell. 」

It was like home from home with some very nice touches which whilst simple but milk in the fridge was great especially for the cup of tea in the morning.

「We had a lovely night's stay at the Mildmay Arms and were made to feel very welcome.
The room was clean and comfortable with a powerful shower.
Our evening meal was tasty and we enjoyed our evening in the pub. The staff and the locals were really friendly.
There were cold meats/cheese/cereal/yogurt and toast on offer for breakfast which was included.
We thought both the room and the meal were really good value and would stay here again.
I would just recommend taking earplugs as the church bells...

Parking opposite the hotel in a public car park which is free from 6pm until 9 am.
I really liked it there, I would recommend it and I will be back again.
