「Nice, newer hotel conveniently located directly off Highway 30. Easy access to downtown Valparaiso. I especially liked the floor was NOT carpet. Quibble - windows do not open. Breakfast was good. "Tina" at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.」

「The property was understaffed the weekend we stayed, so fresh towels, toilet paper, paper cups in room, etc., depended on our making a trip to the front desk to get them ourselves. Not what I'm accustomed to at $465 for two nights.」

「The elevator was broken, and the fitness room was not open during the stated hours, so I had to track down an employee to let me in. Once I was let in, the water fountain was also broken in the fitness room and there were no cleaning supplies or wipes for the equipment. They had a sign on the broken water fountain, saying that you could request a complimentary water bottle from the front desk but the front desk was not staffed any time that I was in the lobby.」
